This tool can be used to estimate the cost of an Alfred State education. Your actual financial aid plan will be provided once you have been accepted to the College and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please note beginning with the 2024-25 academic year, the Student Aid Index (SAI) will replace the Expected Family Contribution (EFC). The Student Aid Index will be a factor in calculating a student's financial need. The SAI is similar to the EFC but has some key differences.
