The menu will include:
- Carved prime rib
- Open-faced cordon bleu chicken
- Crab legs
- Bacon-wrapped scallops
- Shrimp scampi tossed with pasta
- Rice pilaf
- Loaded twice-baked potatoes
- Vegetable medley
- Roasted red pepper bisque
- Chinese seafood soup
- Fresh bread
- Desserts
