The Student Records and Financial Services Office is your one-stop shop for Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Student Records. We have a friendly team of specialists ready to answer your questions. You can reach us by phone or email and we offer one-on-one appointments with our financial aid counselors.
We are located on the second floor of the Agriculture Science Building and the front lobby is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Phone lines are open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. while school is in session. During the summer (mid-May until mid-August), phone lines are open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The After Hours Call Center is available to answer basic inquiries when the office is closed.
